We deliver most items via national courier Monday to Friday 7.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).
Returns & Refunds
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
1) any made to measure or custom made products;
2) any products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned including toilet seats, commodes and any other products of personal care nature with hygiene implications.
Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date of the dispatch confirmation, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the products.
To cancel a contract, please contact us in writing, by sending an email to email@example.com You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products within 30 days of the day you gave us notice of cancellation as long as the products are in perfect condition with all packaging entact. If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty, we will refund the price of the product in full plus any applicable delivery charges.

What is VAT exemption/relief?
The vast majority of products on this website may be purchased at a zero rate of VAT.
VAT exemption information
Certain items can be purchased at 0% VAT if you suffer from any of the following:
- A physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon your ability to carry out everyday activities.
- A condition that the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes.
- A terminal illness.
You can check your eligibility via VAT notice 701/7 on the gov.uk website. If you are still uncertain we recommend that you contact your local VAT office. It is an offence to make a false VAT exemption declaration.
Please note that the products for which VAT exemption is sought, must be for personal or domestic use.
A contract between the customers and 2020 Mobility for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and payment has been confirmed. Our website will endeavour to display items in our current range. We try to hold stock of most styles and sizes, however, occasionally, an item may be out of stock. The stock status will be displayed on your order confirmation. We will also indicate the expected delivery date for the products ordered.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All transactions are in Pounds Sterling (£). We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit and debit cards. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch Debit cards
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Manufacturers recommend that manual wheelchairs, powerchairs and scooters should be serviced annually. Additionally, insurers of these products often insist that regular servicing should be undertaken as a condition of the policy. We are happy to undertake servicing if a product is returned to 2020 Mobility or can undertake home visits within a 25 mile radius of Hayes, Kent. Due to our small size we are unfortunately unable to offer a call-out service further afield.
Powerchairs, manual chairs and scooters usually have a manufacturer’s warranty provided (please see each product for details of this). A warranty covers parts and labour ONLY. Return to 2020 Mobility and collection from 2020 Mobility is at the customer’s own cost. The products we sell are from reputable manufacturers who also have nationwide dealership outlets. Any product being returned to us for in- house work, or for return to the manufacturer must be returned in a clean condition. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item which we deem to be in a poor state of cleanliness. We suggest contacting the manufacturer for specific advice on how to clean an item should it become soiled.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are in line with recommendations made by our industry regulatory body, the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA).
